  Dr. Tukel; wanted to put an injection, right into my eye, with a needle, to numb, my eye, so he could cut off my sty, with a knife, but I immediately, told him, no way, are you doing that to me, because that would be very, excruciating, painful, so I continued to use my two prescriptions, eye drops, and the sty disappeared, and went away! Then my sons, temple, side piece, broke off his glasses, which he bought on December 16, 2016, so he is still eligible, to get a Free, New Frame, and Lenses, because it is only, September 11, 2017, and he has until December 16, 2017, to be eligible to order, and receive, a Brand New Frame, and Lenses, but when I called, Optical, and spoke with Naomi, in Optical, she, refused, four times, to just only look up my sons, records, to verify, if he is still eligible, to order, and get a new frame, and lenses, since his temple, side piece, broke off of his glasses, but she kept arguing with me, for 10 minutes, over the phone, that she could Not order a New Frame over the phone, and she had to see the frame first, which I understood totally, and completely, and 5 times, for 10 minutes, I kept telling her, that I only wanted her to check my sons, records, to verify, if he is eligible, to order, and get a New Frame, so finally, after 10 minutes, I convinced her, that I Never Ever was asking her to order my sons, Frame, over the phone, and that I only wanted her to check my sons, records, to see if he was still eligible to order and get a New Frame, since if he was still Not eligible, for a New Frame, that we would Not bother, and waste our precious time, and gas money, plus wear and tear on my vehicle, to come to the Optical Department, at Dr. Tukels, Office, and we would just wait to get New glasses for my son, after he gets his Eye Exam, in December 2017, to make sure that there is No change in his eye glass prescription! So then when I brought in my son, and he was trying on New Frames, Namoi, and the other girl who works there in Optical, started, arguing with me, again, and both women, were very, mean, and obnoxious, arguing with me that they do Not accept, my sons, eye glass Insurance, through Blue Care Network of Michigan, so I said, you have accepted it before in the past, but both women, kept constantly, arguing with me for 10 or 15 minutes, telling me No that they do Not accept my sons, Optical, insurance, through Blue Care Network of Michigan, so I kept telling them yes, you do, and check my sons, records, so after 10 or 15 minutes they finally checked my sons, records, and said, yes, they do accept my sons, Optical, Insurance, but before that, they both even told me that my son, has to go somewhere else to order eye glasses, because they do Not accept my sons, Optical Insurance, and they were both, very, mean, rude, nasty, disrespectful, and unapologetic, which in my personal opinion, they both, should Never Ever be working with any people, whatsoever, in the Public, especially, in a Professional Doctors Office! Wow! What a nightmare; both, of those two women, in Dr. Tukels are, and please tell Dr. Doctor, exactly, what I just wrote on his reviews, and he needs to hire, new people, in his Optical Department, who act Professional, Kind, Courteous, and Respectful to his Patients!
