- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This place is terrible! The people that work here are completely unprofessional. Seriously, the dumbest and rudest people I have ever dealt with. My mom had an appointment and when she got there they told her that they didn't have her medical records.The doctor herself didn't even know how to pull up her information!?! My mom's PCP later informed her they have access to those records, all they had to do was pull them up. Since she was the one who referred her and they both work out of Beaumont, this is common knowledge. They were completely rude and unsympathetic about wasting her time. Oh, and the best part? My mom called because she had trouble finding the place and the moron on the phone didn't even know the difference between East and West. How do you work in a doctor's office and not even know something as simple as that? Save yourself some trouble and do not waste your time going to this 'Doctor' or dealing with the idiots that work in her office.April 26, 2017by Karissa Carson
